🌍✨ International Day for the Preservation of the Ozone Layer ✨🌍 On 16th Sept 2025, Government Science College, Veraval observed this global day with a seminar jointly organized by the NSS Unit, GPCB, and Indian Rayon. 💡 Highlights: 📖 NSS PO Dr. Sachin M. Sitapara spoke on ozone depletion & Montreal Protocol. 🎓 Principal Dr. Smita B. Chhag encouraged eco-friendly practices. 🌱 Mr. A. O. Trivedi (GPCB) stressed air quality & ozone protection. 🌿 Mr. Shailendra Rathore (Indian Rayon) shared industry measures for sustainability. 🏆 Winners of essay & drawing competitions (Air Pollution Awareness Week) were felicitated with prizes sponsored by GPCB & Indian Rayon. 👩‍🎓 80 students (48 Male | 32 Female) participated with enthusiasm, taking a pledge to protect the environment. 🌱 Together, let’s preserve our ozone & secure a greener future!
