On 26th July 2025 at 1:00 PM, the Women Development Cell of Government Science College, Veraval organized an inspiring expert lecture for students and staff. The session was led by Ms. Chanchal Raviya, a renowned motivational speaker, who spoke on women’s empowerment, personal development, and self-worth. She began with a powerful Hindi poem that immediately connected with the audience and set a thoughtful tone for the session. During her talk, Ms. Raviya emphasized: Planning each day in advance and reflecting at the end to build discipline and self-awareness. Developing strong communication skills as a key to success. Loving oneself, being smart, and focusing on knowledge rather than external beauty standards. The importance of independence—financial, social, and emotional. She inspired students with real-life examples of successful women, including the story of women in Kerala who turned the invasive water hyacinth into useful products and clothes, demonstrating self-reliance and innovation. Ms. Raviya encouraged the audience to be comfortable in their own style, walk proudly, and avoid being pressured by fashion trends. Her clear message was: “Do not limit yourself—believe in your abilities and dream beyond boundaries.” The session was attended by 21 girl students and all female staff members, who found it engaging and motivating. The event was organized by Ms. Urmila Parmar, Dr. Mamta H. Chauhan, and Ms. Kajal A. Barad, under the guidance of Principal Dr. Smita B. Chhag. It concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, leaving all attendees deeply encouraged and reminded that empowered women can lead change and inspire generations.
