Extension of Research Project at GSCV: A Proud Moment collaborative research initiative with the Centre for Marine Living Resources and Ecology (CMLRE), Ministr

As part of an ongoing collaborative research initiative with the Centre for Marine Living Resources and Ecology (CMLRE), Ministry of Earth Sciences, Kochi, Kerala, Dr. Shiva and Dr. Bhashkar visited Government Science College, Veraval on 27 December 2025.
During their visit, they delivered an expert talk aimed at motivating and inspiring the students of the college. This was followed by the installation of two additional air-quality monitoring instruments—Fine Particulate Sampler (PM₂.₅) and Respirable Dust Sampler (PM₁₀)—on the college terrace, marking a significant extension of the research project.
The project will be conducted under the supervision of Dr. Dhananjay Pandya, Research Project Coordinator, and Dr. Smita Chhag, Principal, Government Science College, Veraval.
This development represents a proud milestone for the institution and further strengthens its commitment to research, environmental monitoring, and academic excellence.
