Government Science College, Veraval, celebrated MAGNUS-2025 from 6th to 8th January 2025, bringing students and faculty together for a series of exciting events. As part of this celebration, a cricket tournament was organized, adding energy and enthusiasm to the event. The tournament featured four teams: First-Year (F.Y.), Second-Year (S.Y.), Third-Year (T.Y.), and Staff Team, with Mr. P.J. Jadeja, Mr. S.M. Sitapara, and Mr. J.B. Zala coordinating the matches under the guidance of Principal Dr. S.B. Chhag. The tournament witnessed thrilling matches, with teams showcasing their skills and competitive spirit. After an intense battle, the F.Y. Team emerged as the winners, while the T.Y. Team secured the runners-up position. Among the standout performers, Mr. Vijay Vaza from the F.Y. Team was named the Player of the Tournament for his outstanding contributions. The cricket tournament not only provided an engaging sporting experience but also strengthened teamwork and camaraderie among students and faculty. With such enthusiastic participation, MAGNUS-2025 turned out to be a truly memorable event.
